If you have ever loved an old house, then you can probably see why we would give up the comfort of our beautiful up to date  home to move into the money pit! Maybe we're crazy, but this amazing house needed saving... and we just feel called to be the ones to do it!

We are Wes & Tammy Pack and we lead Fredericksburg's top team of rockstar real estate agents... Absolute Charm Real Estate Group, brokered by eXp Realty. So "by day" we will be working hard as usual selling houses and taking care of our clients so that we can fund this overwhelming... but amazing... renovation project.

The Kuenemann House at 413 W Creek is a Fredericksburg icon and is in a state of significant disrepair. But it was FAR worse in the late 1980's when the most recent owner Paul Hamilton bought it. Now it's time to build on what he did to make sure this treasure is still here long after we are gone. Thanks for joining us on the journey!
