We are so excited to share with you the the design for the project! We have worked through the review process with Fredericksburg's Historic Review Board and are excited to announce that we have received approval! After receiving approval, our wonderful architects Randy Stehling and Brandon Weinheimer created these mock-ups to help us visualize our dream.
Now they are working on completing the construction plans while our contractor Peter Dartez works on putting together the bid for the project.
We wanted to share with you our plan for this property. Our goal is to create a beautiful, comfortable space for our family to enjoy while respecting the unique history of the property. With any luck we will start actual work on the project in the second half of 2022!
