The renovation of this historic property is going to take a village... or at least a fabulous team of professionals from design to architecture to financing to construction. Meeting the outstanding group who will be helping to bring our very big dream to life.

SKT Architects

SKT Architects partners Randy Stehling and Brandon Weinheimer have taken on the enormous task of helping us design the entire project. They have already used their talents to help us navigate the important steps of the historic review process. They are truly the hub of our project!

Christina Atkinson

Christina Atkinson of Home Simple Goods + Design is our designer for the project and is overseeing the selection of all of the finishes for the home as well as the furnishings. Christina's design style can be seen in incredible homes from Fredericksburg to Jackson Hole to Hawaii!

Dartez Construction

Dartez Brothers Construction is a local, family owned company with an unsurpassed reputation for respectful board-by-board renovation of historic properties in Fredericksburg, Texas. We are so happy to have them put "boots on the ground' to help make our dream a reality!

First United Bank

Our dreams would be just that... dreams... without the financial backing of First United Bank. This locally owned bank, and in particular Brad Hardin and Taylor Ward, have shown unwavering support for this project since we first brought it to them. They are truly financing the dream!
